03 · Understanding your points
Every point on this page is reproducible.
The same two formulas govern both Campus Ambassadors and Clubs. Only approved points count towards ranking and rewards.
Pending Points
What they represent: Initial outreach effort and registration activity.
Pending Points =
Total Registrations × 5
Worked example: 120 registrations × 5 = 600 pending points.
Pending points record outreach the moment it happens. They convert into approved points once completions are verified, and it is the approved figure that decides your rank.
Approved Points
What they represent: Real learning impact validated through programme completions.
Approved Points =
(Pending Points × Quality Factor)
+ (Completions × 25)
- 1.0×Quality Factor is 1.0 when the completion ratio is 20% or higher.
- 0.5×Quality Factor drops to 0.5 when the completion ratio falls below 20%.
Only approved points count towards ranking and rewards.

05 · Fair use policy
Rewards go to those who drive genuine impact.

No Fake or Duplicate Referrals
All registrations must be from real, unique students. Multiple accounts or fraudulent sign-ups are prohibited and monitored.

Only Genuine Participation Rewarded
Points are awarded based on authentic engagement and verified completions, not just clicks or registrations.

Misuse Leads to Adjustment or Disqualification
Violations result in points deduction, removal from leaderboards, or permanent programme exclusion depending on severity.
Note: Referral quality is monitored continuously. Suspicious patterns trigger reviews to maintain fairness for all ambassadors and clubs.

Rewards
Your points are worth something real. Here is how you claim it.
Every reward below is paid for with points you have already earned. No lucky draws and no hidden conditions: one threshold, one email, one confirmation.
Minimum to redeem
2,000points
You need 2,000 total points before your first redemption. That is an eligibility gate, not a fee: once you cross it, each item costs only the points listed against it and the remainder stays on your balance.
How redeeming works

Cross 2,000 points
Keep referring until your Total Points reach 2,000. Below that, points simply keep accumulating, so nothing is lost and nothing expires.

Mail the team
Write to support@shadowfox.in from your registered email with your name, referral ID, college, the items you want, and your full postal address with pincode.
03
We verify and confirm
Your balance is checked against the most recently published points list. We write back confirming the items, the points they cost, and the delivery address.
04
Swag ships free
Your order goes out through our courier partner at no cost to you. The points spent then appear in your Redeemed column at the next monthly update.

The 2,000 is a gate, not a fee
Crossing 2,000 total points is what unlocks redemption. Each item then costs only the points listed against it, and the rest stay on your balance.
The list updates monthly, by the 10th
Figures are reviewed and republished every month by the 10th. The date of the list you are looking at sits at the top right of the leaderboard.
Delivery is free where couriers reach
Shipping is on us. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will either arrange another courier with the fee paid in advance, or convert the items into an Amazon gift card against your points, whichever you prefer.
